Due to space restrictions, we will not be able to expand our capacity for the events of Jan 2007 festival, so, please act ASAP and complete your registrations in order to secure your spots for any event you want to attend. Registrations are not completed until we receive your payments and send you confirmations. Having contacted us to check the availability of spots doesn't mean that you are registered or you have a priority over someone who contacts me after you do and pays right away! So, if you have contacted us regarding any availability, please don't let weeks pass before you make your payment since the registration situation changes pretty quickly especially around the deadlines. Currently, we have out-of-town/state/country guests coming from SC, VA, TN, DC, OH, KC/MO, NY, MA, FL, TX, and Germany in addition to many tangueros from all over NC.
Private lessons with the teaching guest instructors and other visiting instructors participating in the festival will be available by appointment. Please contact "gulden@tangophilia.com" regarding any private lesson requests you might have.
We will also have massage therapists on-site Friday thru Sunday, at the "Massage Therapy and Wellness Center" located within the studio complex offering upper body and foot massage to dancers by appointment. We will have daily lists for appointments available at the massage center for you to sign up.
Tango shoes, tango CDs and books will be available for sale on-site as well.
Please read on for details and get in touch with us ASAP to be able get passes/tickets for your top preferences.
In case our events come close to being sold out, we will give the priority to the "Workshop Pass" holders and registered Tangophilia class series students for the last available spots among the concurrent applicants.

Notes about the pricing below:
- "Workshop Pass" is for unlimited access to all 22 workshops. It is NOT a pass for all the festival events!
- "Milonga Pass" is for unlimited access to 6 milongas during the festival including the "milonga only" part of Saturday night's event at Cafe Parizade. For "Live Music Milonga" on Friday and for the "Group Dinner and Milonga" at Cafe Parizade on Saturday, you will need to buy separate tickets.
- "Teacher's Training and Networking Workshops" are designed by Brigitta Winkler and Tomas Howlin to contribute to increasing the quality of teaching in the communities by local instructors or aspiring instructors. Those who are currently teaching will find this workshop as an insightful and enriching experience for their teaching philosophies and strategies whereas those who are just starting to teach or thinking about becoming tango instructors will definitely benefit from this experience in building up their teaching metodology and exploring ways to attract and retain new students.
- Individual Workshops: If 22 classes are just too much for you to choose from on-site, make your decision ahead of time and sign up for particular individual workshops.
- "Group Dinner RSVP" is secured by payment in advance. There is no other way to RSVP for the festival's family style group dinner. If you want to attend this event later only for the milonga and performances, then you may choose to pay only for the milonga or get a "Milonga Pass" that also covers the "Milonga only" part of this event. However, those who have reserved seats for the dinner will have priority to keep their seats for the performances.
- Events that are not listed as individual events here as a separate payment option are either covered in one of the passes or they can be paid for at the door depending on availability. All the Milongas and Practicas have prices listed right next to event title on our festival web page. Those events with early registration option as a single event have two prices listed; the first one is the early registration price and the second one is the price at the door (depending on availability).
- For those who have "Workshop Pass" AND "Milonga Pass" BOTH, the Festival Practicas are FREE of charge.
