From Durham: Take 15-501 South (Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd) and cross I-40. Go straight for another mile or so. After passing through the 4th or 5th light, the road will fork to 15-501 South and Franklin St. Take the Right Fork onto Franklin St. Stay on Franklin St., going uphill. When you crest the hill, Franklin St. will open up to the main drag of Chapel Hill. Stay straight on Franklin St. until Franklin St. appears to dead-end. Franklin St. will zig to the right, then zag to the left and become Main St. in Carrboro. Proceed to the next light and cross the railroad tracks. From there the road will fork (Main St. is straight, Weaver St. is to the right). You can take either fork, and pull into the parking lot at the next intersection (Greensboro St). The Century Center sits on Greensboro St. between Main and Weaver.
From Raleigh: Take I-40 West. Take Exit 270 (highway 15-501 South) and turn left towards Chapel Hill. Go straight for a mile or so.
