The Streets at Southpoint is conveniently located in Central North Carolina on I-40 in Durham. The site is 5 minutes from Research Triangle Park, 10 minutes from Chapel Hill and 20 minutes from Raleigh, Cary and Raleigh/Durham International Airport.

From Durham: Take either the Durham Freeway to I-40 West, 15-501 South to I-40 East, or straight through on Hwy751 then follow the directions below.

From Chapel Hill and points west: I-85 North to I-40 East into Durham. Follow I-40 to Hwy 751 (exit 274.) Turn Right on 751. Take your first left onto Renaissance Pkwy. The Streets at Southpoint is located ½ mile on your left. Pull into the first parking lots and Maggiano's will be in one of the outside buildings as you approach the main mall building.

Raleigh and points East: Follow I-40 West to Fayetteville Road, (Exit 276) Turn Left onto Fayetteville Road, The Streets at Southpoint is on the Right. Continue to the next set of lights and turn right onto Renaissance Pkwy. Pull into the first parking lots and Maggiano's will be in one of the outside buildings as you approach the main mall building.
